Role Overview

The Information Security Manger (ISM) is responsible for translating IT-risk requirements and constraints of the business into technical control requirements and specifications, as well as develop and establish metrics for ongoing performance measurement and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the IT organization's technical activities to implement and manage security infrastructure, and to provide regular status and service-level reports to management.
• Acts as an interface between the Cybersecurity Head’s strategic and process-based activities and the work of the technology-focused analysts, engineers and administrators in the IT organization.
• Contributes in the preparation of the annual business plan (CAPEX and OPEX) providing inputs for the role’s focus area.
• Collaborates with Strategy and Business Partners by providing information security support on technology launches and works with BPs to manage business escalations and communications. Further, this role partners with the key stakeholders and solution delivery associates to define standards of the enterprise architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree - BS in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Systems Management or Engineering (ECE) or any related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years technology expertise on related frameworks like ISF/NIST, ISO, or CIS
• At least 5 years’ experience in running or building a Security Operations Center
• At least 5 years technology expertise on Security Infrastructure like but not limited to perimeter and cloud security, UTMS, Endpoint Security, DB Security
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management
• Experience in conflict management
• Experience in OPEX and CAPEX management for initiatives under his/her responsibility
• Certifications in CISA, CISM, CISSP is an advantage
• Experience in Operational Technology (OT) Network is an advantage
