Description
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and sanding.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant industrial painting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in contract specifications, strong observation skills, capable of structural design, and effective planning and forecasting abilities.
- Working Conditions: Must be comfortable working in various environments, including outdoors and in industrial settings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
