Responsible for the recruitment of talent for core positions within the company (including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding process)
Work closely with hiring departments to understand team needs and develop and optimize recruitment strategies
Establish and maintain recruitment channels, continuously expanding the talent pool in Web3/technology
Participate in the management of employee relations, supporting daily communication, conflict resolution, and employee satisfaction enhancement
Assist in organizing the employee performance evaluation process, supporting salary reviews and promotion processes
Participate in optimizing human resource management processes and systems, including onboarding and offboarding, attendance, contracts, and basic administrative tasks

At least 2 years of experience in human resources, with a preference for those who have led recruitment modules
Experience in the Web3 industry, especially those who have served in an HR role within project teams are preferred
Familiarity with recruitment processes, performance evaluation, and basic employee relations management
Fluency in both Chinese and English, with strong international communication skills and experience in cross-cultural team collaboration
Strong communication and coordination skills, resilience under pressure, and self-motivation
Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for degrees in human resources, psychology, management, or related fields
