Job Overview

We are sincerely inviting a senior bilingual human resources training expert to join our team, responsible for the construction of the group's talent cultivation and development system. Through innovative training programs and effective resource integration, the role will drive organizational capability enhancement and support the achievement of the group's strategic goals.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth analysis of the group’s strategic planning to accurately identify talent gaps and learning needs necessary for future capability building, and customize efficient learning and development solutions to systematically address talent shortcomings.

2. Design and implement innovative, flexible, and practical learning programs and methods, fully utilizing digital tools and online learning platforms to optimize learning processes and maximize learning efficiency and outcome transformation.

3. Build a comprehensive, tiered learning and development curriculum system covering professional skills, management capabilities, and other multidimensional content. Continuously promote employee capability building through course development, implementation, and evaluation.

4. Actively expand industry connections and establish a close network with professionals in the learning and development field to promote the sharing of best practices; benchmark against globally advanced learning and development frameworks, optimizing and adjusting based on corporate realities; select and establish long-term, stable, mutually beneficial partnerships with quality external suppliers to introduce cutting-edge training resources.

5. Establish deep mutual trust relationships with various internal business lines, functional departments, and external partners to form a win-win cooperation model; based on professional knowledge and rich experience, provide precise and tailored training recommendations and support to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating business development.

6. Language Proficiency: Excellent bilingual skills in Chinese and English, capable of fluent bilingual communication, course development, and teaching.

7. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in talent development and training, proficient in online teaching techniques and the operation of online learning programs, with a passion for training work; outstanding language organization and writing skills, with preference given to those with experience in fintech, Web3, and the gaming industry.

8. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, possessing a solid professional knowledge base.

9. Personal Attributes: Highly self-driven, with clear goal orientation, actively keeping abreast of industry trends and knowledge dynamics, capable of flexibly applying innovative thinking and advanced concepts to practical work; possesses excellent systems thinking, logical analysis, and project management skills, excels in teamwork, has a strong internal customer service awareness, and can effectively meet diverse training needs.
