Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience is necessary, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Recruiting, Payroll management, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Communication, and Training and Development.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with occasional remote work flexibility.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.
