Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
- Process payroll, manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Support budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and accounts.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications, HR consulting, and leadership skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage HR processes, oversee accounts, and ensure effective communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; potential remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
