Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in employee relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
