Description
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Facilitate training and development programs.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Degree not required; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, talent acquisition, and social recruitment; strong candidate screening abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee relations, and support talent management initiatives.
