Description

  • In-charge of end-to-end recruitment, sourcing up to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal files, leave balances)
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
  • Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Handling disciplinary actions and terminations.
  • Assisting with performance evaluations, providing feedback, and setting performance goals.
  • Assisting with payroll, salary negotiations, and administering employee benefits programs
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years work experience as HR Generalist preferably within the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Thorough understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations, as well as best practices in human resources management
  • Can handle DOLE/NLRC cases
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable in Payroll and all facets of HR
  • Can start ASAP
