Callidus Ltd. Corporation is looking for HR & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.


Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, format, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Project Assistance: Provide administrative support for special projects, events, and initiatives as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • HR Support: Assist in Payroll preparation by gathering employee data such as leave records, overtime and attendance.
  • Employees' benefits administration including gov. mandated benefits such as SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth, and BIR
  • Handle employee queries regarding gov. mandated benefits concerns
  • Permit processing and administration


Requirements

  • Relevant work experience as HR & Admin. Assistant
  • Experience transacting to SSS, HDMF, Phil Health, & BIR
  • Average to excellent computer skills
  • Keen to details, organized, hard-working, honest, punctual
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willing to assigned in Makati City.
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
