- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment processes, foster employee relations, oversee payroll activities, and implement development programs.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Administer performance management and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements
- Job Title: HR Manager/Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 3 years of experience in HR functions.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, employee relations, payroll management, coaching, organizational development, compensation, and welfare.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
