Responsibilities

• Import/Export Airfreight 
• Import/ Export Registration 
• Consol Listing and Registration
• Shipment Registration
• Chasing documents
• Edoc/Uploading of Docs
• Send pre alerts, arrival notices, delay notices and outturn reports 
• Bill of Lading creation
• Packing details update
• Brokerage job registration
• Flight schedule management and updates
• Shipment auto rating 
• Email inbox management 
• Booking airfreight deliveries 

• At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST
• Preferably licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience 
• With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills 
• Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy 
• Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic 
• Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written 
• Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned
• Must be willing to work in Ortigas site
