As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll serve as a key contributor across both backend and frontend development tasks. While the heavy lifting is handled in-house, you will be the sweeper—owning UI improvements, integration work, bug fixing, feature rollouts, and maintaining documentation. Your mission: get up to speed fast, collaborate efficiently, and elevate the product’s user experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing development across Python/Django and React Native/React codebases
• Design, maintain, and enhance intuitive UI/UX aligned with usability best practice
• Manage and maintain integrations with PostgreSQL, Redis, and custom APIs
• Actively participate in team stand-ups (currently twice a week) and maintain consistent availability via MS Teams
• Track work hours using Clockify and manage tasks through Jira
• Contribute to thorough product documentation within Confluence
• Engage in peer collaboration, conduct code reviews, and share technical knowledge
• Take ownership of technical tasks, enabling senior engineers to focus on high-level architecture

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Python and Django
• Proficient in PostgreSQL
• Skilled in React Native for mobile application development
• Familiarity with Android Studio
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and version control
• High attention to detail in designing user interfaces and user experiences
• Effective English communication and participation in team meetings
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently

Nice-to-have Qualifications

• Experience with Redis and caching strategies
• Familiarity with Linux server architecture
• Hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development
• Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Strong documentation skills for both technical and end-user audiences
