  • Greet and assist visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Handle scheduling and appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry.
  • Provide information about services and facilities.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong English language skills, effective written communication, and help desk capabilities.
