- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling and filing.
- Support staff by coordinating communication and information flow.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, MS Office, scheduling, and organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English is essential.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, requiring professionalism and discretion.
- Qualities and Traits: Must exhibit strong time management, analytical skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
