  • Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain schedules.

  • Ensure a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed.
  • Manage front desk operations, greet clients, handle phone inquiries, and schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service skills, and proficiency in office software.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office hours in a busy environment, may involve multitasking.
