  • Greet and assist visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain front desk operations and organization.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Help Desk, MS Office, strong analytical and organizational skills, effective time management, and data entry capabilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Working Conditions: Typically in an office environment, requiring interaction with clients and staff, some multitasking may be necessary.
  • Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, strong written communication skills, discretion, and a commitment to providing excellent support.
