- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and address guest inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and payments.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Assist in administrative tasks and ensure front desk area is tidy.
Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
