We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Chargeback Specialist to manage key administrative and operational functions within our EIN business. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate records, managing financial chargebacks, and ensuring seamless communication with internal systems and external partners.

1. Sunbiz EIN Management (Florida)

• Update and maintain Sunbiz EIN data on a daily basis, ensuring all entries are accurate and up to date.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, especially those involving mismatches in entity names.
• Use our internal portal to verify, correct, and document updates.

Expected Outcome:

• Accurate and timely EIN record maintenance.
• Prompt resolution of inconsistencies between Sunbiz and internal databases.

2. Chargeback Dispute Handling

• Manage chargebacks occasionally using a predefined company template.
• Provide proof of delivery and other supporting documents for dispute resolution.
• Communicate with payment processors to ensure each case is resolved smoothly and professionally.

• Successful dispute resolutions with clear documentation.
• Effective and timely coordination with payment processors.

• Proven experience in administrative, data entry, or operations-related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Sunbiz (Florida business records) is a plus.
• Experience handling financial transactions or chargebacks is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and maintain data integrity.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
