Description
- Providing financial and administrative support;
- Preparation of billing;
- Tracking of collections;
- Billing due statement of Accounts;
- Processing of invoices;
- Gathering accounts due for clients from all departments;
- Preparation of Financial Reports;
- Reconciliation of Xero accounts;
- Updating and recording and forwarding of Petty cash and collections;
- Assisting with an internal budget and financial concerns;
- Providing support and customer care by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
Requirements
- Job Title: Finance Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum education level, degree not required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills and Competencies: Financial literacy, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, attention to details, and proficiency in computer applications.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, prepare reports, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
