Description
- Manage financial planning and analysis activities.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
- Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Analyze financial performance and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
- Supervise finance staff and provide mentorship.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or asset management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in asset and portfolio management, analytics and reporting, business management, presentation, and competitive analysis.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for tight deadlines and high-pressure scenarios.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical thinker, excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
