  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts receivable transactions, ensuring that all payments are properly recorded and applied to the correct accounts. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal departments
  • Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts by contacting customers via phone, email, or letter to collect outstanding balances. Work with clients to resolve payment issues or disputes
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to their accounts, billing inquiries, and payment issues. Provide excellent service to maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Month-End Close: Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable, including accruals and reconciling open accounts.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any finance or business-related course— but more than your diploma, we value your passion and drive!
  • Confidence in using computer applications (such as SAP Business One, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
  • Organized, keen to details, and able to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A fast learner, proactive, adaptable to change, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Previous finance/accounting experience is great, but if you're eager to learn and ready to grow, we’re excited to welcome you!
