Description
- Assemble products on the production line.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely.
- Assist in daily operations, manage inventory, ensure quality standards, and contribute to process improvements.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Report issues to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory management, process improvement, strong work ethic, operations management, and adherence to quality standards.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced factory environment with potential exposure to machinery and various materials.
- Qualities and Traits: Must possess reliability, dedication, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
