  • Provides high-level administrative and organizational support to executives, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient workflow. 
  • Manage schedules, coordinate travel, handle communications, and assist with special projects, acting as a crucial bridge between the executive and other staff and external contacts.

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Discretion and Confidentiality (Handling sensitive information with care and maintaining confidentiality)
  • Proficiency in Office Software: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools. 
  • Adaptability and Flexibility
