Ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Supervise, mentor, and train departmental managers and staff.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial performance.
Ensure exceptional service and address customer feedback.
Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.
Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Review and analyze sales, operational, and financial reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a similar field is desired.
Prior managerial experience in a similar industry or role.
Strong ability to lead, inspire, and manage teams.
Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and performance metrics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Aptitude for addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
Capable of maneuvering and excelling in a rapidly changing setting.
