  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in project management and special initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of executive assistant experience in a corporate environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional overtime expected.
