Description

  • Male/Female, preferably female, maximum age 30 years
  • Minimum education: D3/S1 in Accounting
  • Proficient in financial accounting bookkeeping
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative, innovative, and solution-oriented
  • Honest and responsible
  • Open to fresh graduates

Requirements

  • Preparing and sorting documents before entering data into the computer.
  • Entering data into the company's database.
  • Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of data already entered into the database.
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and incomplete data.
  • Creating backups of data as part of the contingency plan.
  • Responding to information requests from authorized members.
  • Testing new database systems and updates of the software.
  • Managing documents and records efficiently.
  • Preparing relevant reports as needed.
  • Receiving and processing invoices for payment and updating invoice details.
  • Identifying and correcting errors during data entry using appropriate quality control methods.
