Description
- Oversee the technical maintenance and upkeep of the property and its facilities and equipment
- Establish and implement maintenance strategies and protocols to ensure that all facilities and equipment are fully-operational and are well-kept
- Ensure the upkeep of the aesthetics and functionality of the property and its amenities and facilities by regularly inspecting the façade and structure
- Attend to unit concerns and provide recommendations in resolving unit issues
- Recommend programs, strategies, and protocols that will improve the functionality and maintenance of the equipment on site
- Ensure that the property is safe from technical hazards and dangers and is secured at all times
- Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that the technical services of the property management office are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
- Successful candidate will be assigned at one of AYALA Properties in Makati
Requirements
- Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or other related courses
- 2 years experience including handling MEPFS or construction experience
- 1 year experience in Property Management.
