Description

  • Develop and implement employee relations programs, policies, and procedures to maintain a positive work environment
  • Handle employee complaints and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Foster open communication between management and employees to build and maintain a positive and productive work culture
  • Conduct investigations of alleged employee misconduct and recommend appropriate actions
  • Manage grievance procedures and facilitate resolution between employees and management

Requirements

  • Graduate of AB/BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or any related course.
  • With at least 3-6 months relevant experience is preferred but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • With knowledge in labor law is a plus
  • Effective communication skill
  • Organizational skills and team working skills
  • Can be assigned in Ermita, Manila
