Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with experience in blockchain infrastructure to join our technical team in building and maintaining a high-performance, highly available decentralized trading platform system. You will work closely with backend, blockchain, and security engineers to ensure the stability, security, and efficient operation of on-chain and off-chain services.

Responsibilities

1. Design, deploy, and maintain core blockchain services such as chain nodes, relay services, wallet systems, and indexers.

2. Build and maintain a containerized operating environment (Kubernetes), focusing on elastic scaling and resource scheduling optimization.

3. Construct and optimize CI/CD pipelines to achieve automated deployment, testing, auditing, and release.

4. Deploy and maintain monitoring systems for on-chain and off-chain services, including metrics for chain node status, transaction latency, wallet balances, and API communications.

5. Design multi-region disaster recovery strategies to ensure high availability of services and automatic fault recovery.

6. Collaborate with the team to implement DevSecOps, ensuring the security of project deployment, private key management, and chain interaction services.

7. Optimize the cost and performance of infrastructure while maintaining resource efficiency to meet high concurrency demands.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in Kubernetes and Docker, with capabilities in production-level deployment and troubleshooting (preferably AKS).

2. Familiar with operational management of at least one mainstream public chain node (e.g., Ethereum, BSC, Solana), and understand blockchain synchronization mechanisms and RPC interfaces.

3. Familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins), with capabilities in automated operations.

4. Familiar with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and understand GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD).

5. Proficient in Bash, Python, or Go, with the ability to develop automation scripts and tools.

6. Experience in building monitoring and logging systems, proficient in using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.

7. Understand the basic architecture of DeFi and decentralized exchanges, such as AMM, matching engine, and The Graph data indexing.

8. Familiar with Microsoft Azure cloud services, with knowledge of cloud networking, security groups, load balancing, and identity management mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in deploying and maintaining multi-node blockchain clusters, understanding the different requirements of validator/full node/archive node.

2. Proficient in Web3 toolchains, such as Web3.js, ethers.js, The Graph, etc.

3. Preference will be given to those with experience in the deployment and operation of large blockchain systems or financial-grade platforms.
