Description

  • Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the office.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update patient records and files.
  • Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years College
  • Team Player
  • Willing to learn
  • Residing in Makati or near Makati
  • Preferably with experience as Dental Secretary
  • and/or Dental Assistant or
  • Dental Secretary
