QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Management, Office Management, Information Technology, Statistics, Accounting, or any related course.
• With at least a minimum of 6 months work experience, preferably in an IT Admin/Data Analyst function.
• Willing to report at Cebu Office daily. Amenable to working extended hours, weekends, and holidays as may be required.
• Preferably residing in Cebu or nearby areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collecting, processing, and analyzing data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and perform gap analyses. Generating comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to senior executives. 
• Performance Monitoring: Tracking actual performance against budgeted targets. Providing recommendations to enhance departmental efficiency based on data-driven evaluations. 
• Database Management: Collaborating with IT teams to manage and consolidate databases, ensuring accurate and accessible information for analysis. 
• Data Visualization: Developing and maintaining performance dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to facilitate informed decision-making. 
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Supporting various departments with special projects and analyses as required, adapting to the dynamic needs of the business.
