Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint and determining the cause
  • Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics


Requirements

  • Min. 1-month BPO experience
  • At least HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig
