Description

  • Manage flight, hotel, and car rental bookings via GDS platforms
  • Modify or cancel reservations as requested
  • Provide fare quotes and reissue tickets
  • Ensure accuracy in passenger information and booking details
  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, chat, or email

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of GDS experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Willing to work on a shifting schedule
  • Can start ASAP
