- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; shifts may vary.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and adaptable to diverse customer needs.
