Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and delivering excellent customer service.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, full-time position, occasional overtime may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
