- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with possible shifts; fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, empathetic, and patient approach, with a positive attitude toward customer care.
