- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language proficiency, strong customer service orientation, effective problem-solving abilities, and a team player attitude.
- Working Conditions: Office environment or remote work options available, typically full-time hours.
