Description

  • Monitor, receive, and manage incoming digital leads from various online platforms.
  • Qualify leads through digital engagements (calls, emails, chats) based on predefined criteria.
  • Ensure proper tagging, documentation, and CRM input each lead.
  • Assign and coordinate qualified leads to appropriate sales agent based on availability, location, or project expertise.
  • Track and follow up on leads status and progress through the sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with digital marketing team to evaluate lead sources and campaigns.
  • Generate weekly and monthly lead performance reports and analytics
  • Provide recommendations to improve lead conversion strategies
  • Assist in the development and optimization of the lead nurturing process and workflows


Requirements

  1. Graduate of vocational or Bachelor's degree
  2. With experience in CRM
  3. With experience in customer service
  4. Willing to report once a week on-site in Makati or Cavite
