Description

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, or chat messages from customers regarding their insurance policies.
  • Help customers initiate the claims process by gathering necessary information.
  • Provide status updates on open claims and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Work with the claims department to ensure a timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  • Address customer complaints or issues related to their insurance policies, payments, or claims.
  • Resolve discrepancies or billing errors, escalating complex issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
  • Provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
  • SITE: Taguig

Requirements

  • Work Set-Up: Onsite
  • Requirements: No BPO Experience required
  • Salary: Up to 28k Offer
  • Qualifications: Open to HS (Old Curr) grads, SHS, College grads, or College undergrads
