Penerangan
- Facilitates urgent patient care by reviewing and tracking referrals via referral forms, emails, and phone calls, and follows up with various units to ensure timely updates on PEME status.
- Addresses patient and client complaints by reporting them promptly to the appropriate parties, working with the Documentation Supervisor and/or relevant medical units to ensure proper action is taken, and notifying clients about test requirements, pending medical case clearances, and coordinating with the processing physicians
- Regularly monitors and updates patient status by reviewing their profiles in the I-net system, and coordinates with relevant units to address any additional needs or concerns.
- Performs any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Syarat-syarat
- College graduate
- With or without experience in customer service;
- Very good communication skills and Telephone Etiquette;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Able to establish professional customer relations;
- Self-starter, ability to perform multi-tasking job
