Description
- Operate various types of cranes safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
- Communicate effectively with ground crew and site managers.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines for crane operations.
- Manage load charts and ensure proper weight distribution.
- Maintain records of operations and equipment used.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years as a crane operator in construction or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in operating various types of cranes; strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Operate cranes safely; perform inspections; maintain equipment; follow safety protocols.
- Working Conditions: Outdoor work in varying weather; may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail; strong problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure.
