Description

  • Shadow Supervisors to learn daily courier operations and rider support
  • Assist with rider recruitment, onboarding, and training Help create and optimize delivery schedules and routes
  • Support tracking of rider performance, safety, and compliance Learn to manage rider equipment and inventory
  • Prepare basic operational reports and present findings

Requirements

  • At least 26-35 Years Old
  • Graduate of any business and computer related course
  • At least 2 years working experience Knowledgeable to MS Word/Excel/PPT Output oriented
  • Can work under minimal supervision and under pressure
  • With OWN motorcycle with updated registration
  • With at least Non Pro/ PRO Drivers license
