- Client's trucking operations support
- Client's warehouse operations support
- Client's motor pool operations support
- Client's office operations support
- Office annual/ monthly or recurring billing monitoring & request/process payment
- Office communication, Bank, Courier and Government errands of the client
- Truck parts purchasing and releasing
- Issuance to Employees with Accountability Forms
Requirements
- Education: Education degree not required
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills, excellent written communication, effective time management, data entry proficiency, and help desk support capabilities. Driving skills are a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Facilitate communication between departments, assist in data management, and provide support to staff and clients.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible travel required.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, detail-oriented, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Can drive 4 wheels and motor (with valid DRIVER'S LICENSE)
