Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of web3 product modules, delivering product value to target users through excellent product experience and functionality.

2. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends;

3. Follow up on user needs and feedback from the developer community and project parties;

4. Responsible for product planning, product design, product development, and related work for product launch;

5. Collaborate with technical research and development, marketing, operations, and business needs to provide support such as product documentation.

Job Requirements

Experience in both Web3 products and financial products (mandatory), proficient in data-driven product methodologies with a track record of successful implementation; over 3 years of experience as a product manager, with a strong passion and interest in blockchain applications;

Experience in independently managing projects, familiar with the entire product lifecycle from project analysis, functional design, project tracking, acceptance, launch, to effectiveness evaluation;

Excellent self-regulation and learning abilities, strong resilience under pressure, and effective communication skills, with strong cross-departmental collaboration drive;

Possess data analysis skills, capable of organizing business logic and conducting data mining and analysis;

Experience in product development from 0 to 1 is a plus.
