Description

1. Analysis of Clients Financial Statements

2. Preparation of Clients Valuation

3. To prepare the Financial Statement of Asian Mergers and Acquisition Links Inc clients.

4. To prepare and assist in the submission of BIR requirements for Asian Mergers and Acquisition Links Inc.

5. To engage on the mergers and acquisition tasks which may include but may not be limited to company valuation, conducting of due diligence among others.
