# Job Responsibilities

1. Test Strategy Development

  - Develop test plans, testing processes, and establish standards (such as test case coverage and defect leakage rates).

2. Team Building and Management

  - Recruit and train testing personnel, clarify roles and responsibilities.

3. Project Test Management

  - Monitor project progress, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery quality and efficiency.

4. Testing System Construction

  - Promote automation, continuous integration, the introduction of testing tools, and process optimization.

5. Cross-Team Communication

  - Communicate and coordinate with product, development, and operations teams to facilitate problem resolution.

6. Risk Control and Quality Assessment

  - Regularly produce quality reports, defect trends, and online quality assessments.

1. Work Experience

  - 8 years or more of software testing experience.

  - At least 3 years of management experience in a testing team of 5-10 people.

  - At least 2 years of experience in testing SaaS back-end and middle-end systems.

2. Professional Skills

  - Proficient in functional testing, interface testing, and performance testing, with knowledge of automation frameworks (such as Jenkins, Selenium, JMeter, etc.).

  - Develop appropriate testing strategies (Agile/Waterfall) based on team conditions, while continuously maintaining efficient delivery.

  - Manage and lead the team, with layered responsibilities and fostering growth.

3. Quality Assurance

  - Focus on risk points and quality breakpoints during iterations.

  - Data analysis: able to identify potential issues from data such as defect rates, automation coverage, and release quality, and provide data support for technical solutions to address potential problems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in managing large-scale SaaS testing projects.

- Proficient in automation testing frameworks and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes.

- Experience in data-driven quality improvement and risk management.
