Description

  • Handle transactions, manage inventory, and assist customers with queries.
  • Operate cash register, process transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and product information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, analytical abilities, and knowledge of inventory management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
