- Documentation of Related work (Issue vouchers, etc.)
- General clerical work
- Generate relevant reports
- Schedules appointments for patients
- Gives out reminders for schedules via phone, email, or text
- Ensures proper record keeping
- Ensures proper fulfillment of forms by clients
- Prints out the necessary documentation
- Takes calls and inquiries at the hospital
- Does rational shifts as a cashier
- Create bills
- Accept payments
- Tallies and turnover of sales
- Inventory Management
- Releasing and dispensing of medical supplies
- Basic accounting documentation
Requirements
- College Graduate/College Level any degree
- No anxiety in handling animals
- Not allergic to any type of animals
- With a Valid NBI Clearance
