- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customer interaction.
